You can request deletion of your account and associated personal data for Egobi apps (including Egobi Vendor / Tstore Shop).
1. Open the Egobi Vendor app and sign in.
2. Go to Profile → Delete account.
3. Confirm deletion. Your vendor account and related personal data will be removed according to our retention rules for legal and order records.
If you cannot use the in-app option, email ca.boogii@gmail.com with subject Account deletion and include your registered phone or email. We will process the request within a reasonable time.
